The Delaware State Fair

The Delaware State Fair has been a yearly success, even when open only a portion of the year.  The desire of the Board was to create a facility which would operate as a 4H / FFA Center during the fair, and serve the community the remainder of the year.

The decided to construct an Ice arena which could serve as a multi-purpose exhibition facitlity.
